Our user groups are open to all residents from Port Elphinstone, Inverurie or the wider community.

    Port Elphinstone Toddler Group

    Port Elphinstone Toddlers  meet weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays  9.15 am- 11:15 am.  Children from birth to age 4 are welcome for free-play and a snack.   Grandparents and child minders are also  welcome and can enjoy a cuppa and a chat.   It costs £2/session.   For more information contact Frances Matheson on 07902930475 or visit  their Facebook page and someone will get in touch.

    Tuesday Group
    The Tuesday group is a social group who meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 2pm- 4pm. The group is open to anyone and costs £10 per annum. For more details, contact Shelia Rae on 01467 622791. 

    Whist Club
    The whist club meet on the last Tuesday of the month 7pm- 9pm.   It is open to all  and costs £2 per session. For more details contact Margaret Aitken on 01467 623124

    Port Elphinstone Lunch Club

    The lunch club meets every Wednesday during term time 12pm - 2pm and is open to seniors . It costs £6 for a two course meal and a cuppa. For more details contact Shelia Rae on 01467 622791.

    Shape Up Scotland
    EAT WELL : THINK WELL: BE WELL WORKSHOPS which run for  4 week blocks.   Run on Wednesdays 6.00 - 7.30pm.    For more details, contact Donna Christie on 07968606769

    Sewing Group

    Meets weekly on Wednesdays 7.30pm - 9.30pm.   Learn a new skill, or develop your existing abilities.  This can be in dressmaking or soft furnishings.   Please contact Shirley on 01467 681605  for further information.

    Craft Group
    The craft group meets weekly on Thursday mornings  9:15 am- 11:15 am and is open to all.  They do a variety of crafts including patchwork and quilting projects and sometimes carry out group projects.   Please contact Mary Michie on (01467) 642711 for more information.

    Port Elphinstone Pop Up Café

    Takes place on the first Thursday of every month from 1pm - 3pm.  The cafe is run by local volunteers and supported by the Garioch Community Kitchen.   It’s family friendly and everyone is always welcome.   There is no charge but donations welcome.   We occasionally have a small activity such as a quiz or speaker and sell second hand books for 50p each.

    Port Youth Platform (PYP)
    The PYP are a youth group aimed at S1 pupils and upwards.  They meet every Thursday during term time, 4.15-5.45pm and is free to attend.    Come along for a chance to get your voice heard in the community by getting involved in activities, teambuilding and

    Gemali Emporium and Gallery
    Provides Reiki Therapy Sessions, Angel Card Readings and runs Reiki Workshops on a Sunday for those wishing to become qualified.  For more information contact Ally Hunter on 07981530076.


    We charge £16 for a two hour party slot which gives access to both Rooms 1 & 2 and we also give half hour free either side for set up/tidy away.
